Senior Environmental Engineer / Geologist – ECO & ASSOCIATES, INC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Work under the Project Director to develop, coordinate, and complete consulting project assignments
- Develop and execute the projects with multiple project staff overseeing the technical work performed. Effectively delegate technical assignments to engineers/scientists of skill to perform the work.
- Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Subcontractor Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project(s) goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project(s).
- Communicate project status within the firm and with Clients as necessary
- Ensure safety and QA/QC programs are established by all parties and maintained and conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications.
- Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule.
- Prepare project estimates, budget, schedules and execution plans.
- Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project
- Assist with project QA/QC and commissioning systems and documentation.
- Perform other project engineering and project management related duties as required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Engineering/ Geology or related Environmental fields. Post-graduate degree is a plus.
- Registered or eligible for registration with a recognized professional association (P.E, or PG);
- 10+ years of experience in environmental engineering/ environmental geology and project evaluation;
- Strong track record of successfully completed projects in the environmental industry;
- Experience in compliance with regulatory guidance for the performance of work and good knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of Safety and Environmental Regulations;
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Must meet company defined, pre-employment and annual alcohol/drug screens.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
