The scope of this project entailed one year of on-site GIS consultant services in which simple maps and analyses are to be performed using Arc-GIS and other "Out of the Box" resources.

After beginning this project, Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) staff and our staff, found that our services could best be utilized by the designing and implementation of the "Planning Toolbox".

This application is now used to assist MTA’s Long-Range Planning division to develop and maintain survey analysis information.
